Honeycomb Liqueur starts as our signature white rum which
has been tempered to 50 proof. From there, we combine local raw honey and an assortment of citrus fruit.

Precise fermentation using unique and flavorful yeast strains lend to a crisp, smooth finish. A limited and very specific portion of each run is set aside for every batch.

Our freshly distilled spirit goes from the still directly into a heavy charred oak barrel, where it rests for as long as 3 years; blending with new and old before it is bottled at 80 proof.
